The Master Plan
Phase I has seen the handover of the majority of the 216 villas (The Residences and The Reserve) to residents, and completion of seven themed gardens and the region’s largest privately-owned plant nursery Green Works, which covers 3.3 million square feet and currently produces over 500 plant species. Phase I also saw the launch of the unique concept restaurant, The Farm, health club Body Language, and Heart & Soul spa and wellness.
Al Barari's Phase II
Phase II will see the creation of a resort hotel, business school, medical and assisted living facilities, retail offerings and further residential development in addition to Seventh Heaven, Ashjar and The Nest currently being built and expected to be completed by mid 2018.
